Every purchase on HollaBid is covered by Buyer Protection. If something goes wrong with an order, we will work with you and the seller to make it right.
What's covered
Item never arrived. The seller never shipped, or the package was lost in transit with no delivery confirmation.
Item not as described. You received something materially different from what was shown or described in the live show (wrong item, wrong condition, inauthentic).
Item arrived damaged. The item was broken or damaged in a way not disclosed during the show.
What's not covered
Buyer's remorse — every live-auction win and Buy Now purchase is final.
Condition that was clearly shown or disclosed on stream before you bought.
Items damaged after delivery.
Orders reported outside the protection window below.
How to file a claim
Report the problem within 7 days of delivery (or within 30 days of purchase if the item never arrived).
Email stephen@grandviewproduction.com from your account email with the order, the problem, and photos if the item arrived damaged or not as described.
We review every claim, and may ask you or the seller for more information. Most claims are resolved within a few business days.
How refunds work
Approved claims are refunded in full — item price plus shipping — to your original payment method. Depending on the case we may ask you to return the item with a prepaid label before the refund is released.
For sellers
Describe items accurately on stream, ship promptly with tracking, and pack items well. Claims are deducted from your payout for the order. Repeated valid claims against a seller can lead to removal from HollaBid.
